Just a quick update post to let you all know that I have just released the first public release of my new bot for day of defeat, new_bot!
new_bot is based off the original HPB_bot by Botman, and is a metamod plugin. So you’ll need metamod to run it. The main feature of new_bot is that it can load and convert sturmbot waypoints.
I won’t bore you with all the details here, so if you’re interesting in trying it out. Check out the new_bot pages below. I’ll make a new post whenever I make an update to the bot.

ok.. Have new_bot lastest release running.. Everything seems to be working pretty well. High skill number 1. They are not impossible to kill.. Only Feedback.. I have so far.. is since I am running on a rented server, I do not have access to console to run commands to remove bots as server fills up. I tried reserving 4 slots on my 32 slot server, but does not seem to remove bots as we approach full server. If hooks are added to plugin someway.. I am happy to create a amx plugin for you to help using commands for a server running these bots.. shrikebot had a menu that was helpful for other admins to use. Just let me know how I can help.. Update ok.. I think all the bots are leaving now.. with this configuration once I have 12 people on server..
