Download new_bot below.
new_bot is a metamod plugin, so if you don’t have metamod installed you’ll want to install that first.
To get the bot up and running extract the contents to your half-life folder.
Then you’ll need to edit your metamod plugins.cfg to add the line:
win32 new_bot/new_bot_mm.dll
Then check the default_bots.cfg file inside new_bot/maps to setup which bots you want to load as default.
The bot can load sturmbot waypoints, but also has it’s own more advanced wpt file type too.
If you want to load sturmbot waypoints either leave the sturmbot/waypoints folder in place, or copy the sturmbot.wpt file directly to new_bot/waypoints.
I’m in the process of updating all official maps to the new_bot waypoint format to make use of the extra features, so I’ll keep the download updated as they are added.
